Overview
1. Digital Product – All Sales Final
Because our GTM Tracking Kit is delivered instantly as a downloadable file, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once your payment is processed, you receive immediate access to files that cannot be “returned.”
2. Limited Exceptions
We will consider a refund only under these circumstances:
Duplicate purchase
- You accidentally bought the same kit twice within 24 hours.
- Email both order receipts to us.
Technical failure:
- A verified error on our side prevents you from accessing or downloading the files.
- We will first attempt to replace or re-send the files; if we cannot resolve the issue within 48 hours, a refund will be issued.
All other situations—including change of mind—are not eligible for refunds.
3. How to Request Support or an Exception
- Email [email protected] within 7 days of purchase.
- Include your order number, the email used at checkout, and a brief description of the issue.
- We respond within one business day.
4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
- Please contact us first; opening a Stripe / PayPal dispute before doing so may delay resolution.
- We will provide evidence of this policy and download-access logs to the payment processor if needed.
5. EU / UK Customers (Digital Content Directive)
By completing your purchase you expressly waive the 14-day cooling-off period for digital content, acknowledging that immediate access removes the statutory right to cancel.
