We provide business-to-business digital-marketing services, including Google Ads and Meta Ads management, email automation, and web development (collectively, the “Services”). At your direction — when you expressly authorize us to share information.
All vendors are bound by contract to safeguard data and use it only for the service we’ve requested.
5. Retention
Project records & invoices: 7 years (accounting/IRS).
Analytics & ad logs: 26 months (Google default) unless aggregated or de-identified.
Email-marketing suppression lists: retained indefinitely to honor opt-out requests.
We delete or anonymize data when it is no longer needed or upon verified request, unless law requires a longer retention.
6. Security
We employ SSL encryption, least-privilege access, MFA, routine backups, and vendor due-diligence. No internet transmission is completely secure, but we maintain industry-standard safeguards to reduce risk.

Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Utah have the right to:

Request access, correction, or deletion of personal data;
