3. How We Use Information

We use the information listed above for the following purposes:

  • Providing and administering Services (contract performance)
  • Processing transactions and sending order receipts (contract / legal obligation)
  • Sending product-setup guides and updates (legitimate interest or consent)
  • Responding to support requests (legitimate interest / contract)
  • Performing analytics, maintaining site security, and preventing fraud (legitimate interest)
  • Sending marketing emails when you have opted in (consent)
  • Complying with legal requirements (legal obligation)

We do not engage in automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

4. Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only in these situations:

  • Service providers – e.g., WP Engine for hosting, Klaviyo for email, GA4 for analytics, Stripe/WooCommerce for payments, CRM and ad platforms.
  • Business transfers – if we merge, are acquired, or sell assets, data may transfer under the same protections.
  • Legal or regulatory authorities – when required by subpoenas, court orders, or applicable law.
  • At your direction – when you explicitly authorize us to share information.

All vendors are contractually required to safeguard your data and use it only for the services we request.

5. Retention

Project records and invoices are kept for 7 years to comply with IRS requirements.

Analytics logs are retained for 26 months (Google’s default) unless aggregated or de-identified sooner.

Email-marketing suppression lists are kept indefinitely so we can honor opt-out requests.

We delete or anonymize data when it is no longer needed or upon verified request, unless law requires longer retention.

6. Security

We maintain industry-standard safeguards, including:

  • TLS/SSL encryption for data in transit
  • Least-privilege user access and mandatory multi-factor authentication
  • NordLayer military-grade VPN on all company devices for encrypted remote access
  • Routine backups, patch management, and annual vendor-risk reviews

No online service is ever 100 % secure, but we continually improve our controls to reduce risk.

7. U.S. State Privacy Rights

Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Utah may:

  • Request to know, access, correct, or delete personal data
  • Opt out of targeted advertising or “sale/share” (we do not sell data)
  • Receive data in portable format (where applicable)
  • Exercise these rights without discrimination

To submit a request, email [email protected] with the subject “Privacy Rights Request.” We may verify your identity and will respond within 45 days (or 90 days for complex requests).

8. International Transfers

Our servers are located in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., you consent to your data being processed in the U.S., where privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

If we discover a data breach that poses a risk to individuals, we will notify affected users and relevant authorities within 30 days, as required by applicable law.

10. Refund & Digital-Product License

All sales of downloadable products are final unless a duplicate purchase or verified technical failure qualifies for refund. See the Refund & Returns Policy section of our Terms & Conditions for full details.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy periodically. Material changes will be announced via the Site or email. Continued use of the Site after an update signifies acceptance.
